No, and that is deliberate. Property Insights is a structured decision layer, not an AI assistant. If you have asked ChatGPT or another AI tool to model a property, you have probably seen it get confidently wrong about cashflow, stamp duty, or lending rules. Property Insights gives you the actual calculators, forecasts, and portfolio model to check that kind of output against, real numbers, not a plausible-sounding guess.

You can ask, but general-purpose AI models are not built to run consistent, auditable property finance calculations, stamp duty schedules, LMI thresholds, FY cashflow, and they do not remember your portfolio between conversations. Property Insights is the tool you use to ground that kind of AI-generated advice against your real numbers.
